Day 1 :

BAGDOGRA AIRPORT TO PHUENTSHOLING DROP

On arrival at IXB Bagdogra Airport, our company representative/driver will be there to greet you and proceed to Phuentsholing (980 ft. / 142 km / 3 hrs 30 mins). Dinner and overnight stay at the selected hotel.
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• Overnight stay at Phuentsholing

Day 2 :

PHUENTSHOLING TO THIMPHU TRANFER

After obtaining the necessary permits, drive to Thimphu (171 km / 6 hrs), the capital town of Bhutan.

On the way you may visit the KharbandiGumpha a Buddhist Monastary , here you get the fine view of Phuentsholing and Jaigaon township in the valleys of Torsa river

Dinner and overnight stay at the selected hotel.
• Lunch at a local restaurant
• Overnight stay at Thimphu

Day 3 :

THIMPHU TOUR

After breakfast, visit the following sites:

1: Buddha Point 2: Simply Bhutan 3: Tashi Chodzong (view from outside) 4: BBS Tower 5:Takin Preservation Center 6: National Memorial Chorten 7:Changlang Kha Monastery 8:Handicraft Bazaar 9:Kaja Throm (Vegetable Market)

Day 4 :

THIMPHU TO PARO TOUR

After breakfast, drive to Paro (50 km) and visit the following:

Day 5 :

PARO TO HAA VALLEY

Haa Valley situated in the south-western region of Paro is a picturesque hamlet in Bhutan. Adorned with the view of pristine alpine forest and Majestic Mountain peaks, Haa Valley is at an altitude of 2670mt. Haa, Ha, or Has is a Thromde or town, and the seat of Haa District in Bhutan. Haa is situated in Haa Valley in the west of the Bhutan bordering Sikkim. The major economic activity is rice production,yak herding and trade with neighbouring China.

Day 6 :

PARO TO PHUENTSHOLING TRANSFER

After breakfast, drive to Phuentsholing. Enjoy an evening walk at your leisure.

Day 7 :

PHUENTSHOLING TO NJP/AIRPORT DROP

After breakfast; begin your journey to NJP Railway Station or the airport. Enjoy the beautiful valleys en route.

Expenses caused by the factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, and Vehicle mal-functions, political disturbance.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY IN BRIEF.

Payment Policy: Booking Fee

30 or more days before departure: 50%
Between 29 and 20 days before departure: 75%
Between 19 and 7 days before departure: 100%
POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATION/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s), we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the letter in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation charges per person

30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour/service cost.
20 days to 18 days before arrival—20% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 16 days before arrival—25% of the tour/service cost.
10 days to 8 days before arrival—50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, before arrival or no show—NO REFUND.
Please note: Irrespective of the above-mentioned cancellations, in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us, a minimum of 10% service charges would be applicable.

Please note that the refund process may take 2–4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to the bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

PASSPORT OR VOTER IDENTITY CARD AND AADHAAR CARD ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS.

NOTE: Passport Holder: A traveller’s passport must have more than 7 months of validity on it.

Birth Certificate for Anyone under 18 Years and Aadhaar card.
Birth certificate language should be in English. No other language on the birth certificate is valid.
SDF

INR 1200/- per person per night for an adult.

INR 600/- per child for children between 6 and 11 years old.

Child Policy

Children below 5 years will be complimentary.
Children 5-12 years without extra bed as mentioned in cost column CNB (Child no bed)
Children 5-12 years with extra bed as mentioned in cost column CWB (Child with bed)
Above 12 years/extra adult with an extra sharing room are same & charged as per.

NOTE: Natural Calamities: Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot).
